Dr. Curtis White

Dr. White is the CEO of NanoSafe Coatings and serves as Chief Technology Consultant and President for White IEQ Consulting, LLC, and serves as the Chairperson of a committee in the Department of Defense Healthcare System. Dr. White has been involved in all areas of the  antimicrobial agents since 1962 as a teacher and by working at Dow Chemical, F. Jos Lamb, Dow Corning, and ÆGIS. From 1991 to its sale in  2010 Curtis White was the founder, co-owner, CEO, Chairman of the Board, and Director of R&D for ÆGIS Environmental Management. Dr. White frequently speaks at national and international conferences about controlling microbes. He is recognized as a leader in the understanding and control of microbial problems on substrates. Having over 50 patents and more than 200 technical, trade, and standard organizations papers and presentations, Dr. White has earned his status as leader.

William (Bill) R. Carteaux

Bill Carteaux is the president and CEO of PLASTICS, the Plastics Industry Association. He has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector where he worked at Demag Plastics Group where he was also president and CEO, and Autojectors as its president. Carteaux has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS from Purdue. Bill is currently serving as the chair for the Council of Manufacturing Associations at NAM and sits on the Board of Directors. He is immediate past director general of the Council of International Plastics Association Directors. He also sits on many other Boards of Directors: the Plastics Academy, the National Plastics Center and Museum, the Future of Plastics Foundation and SPE’s Foundation. In 2015, Carteaux was the youngest person to ever be inducted into the Plastics Industry Hall of Fame.

Phil dwyer

Norristown native, Phil Dwyer, attended Temple and West Chester Universities. After graduating, Phil started his professional career working in sales for Franklin Chemical and Equipment company where he received numerous achievement awards. In 1990, Phil went on to work for Modern Building Service Systems where we ran the sales department before founding NEST International as its President in 1994. NEST is recognized as an industry leader and innovator for facility maintenance, management and construction services for retail and restaurant clients. NEST hires local, independent service providers and uses a client centric platform with comprehensive technology to streamline the management, delivery process and outcome. Dwyer was a founding member of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) trade organization. PRSM was founded to establish standards and best practices for the retail facility maintenance industry. He has sat on numerous board of advisors including PRSM, SPECS and Retail Construction. Phil is a consultant to a number of companies, both established and startup alike, providing sales and operation planning, technology strategies, talent evaluation, team building, and developing process improvement for increased client satisfaction and increased profitability.

Greg Tipsord

Mr. Greg A. Tipsord has been Senior Vice President and General Manager — Laundry Care of The Dial Corporation since October 2002. From March 2002 to October 2002, Mr. Tipsord served as Senior Vice President and General Manager — Personal Cleansing and from August 2000 to March 2002, he served as Vice President and General Manager — Personal Cleansing of Dial. From April 2000 to August 2000, Mr. Tipsord served as Vice President — Marketing and from October 1996 to April 2000, he served as Marketing Director — Personal Cleansing of The Dial Corp. He was Director of The American Cleaning Institute.

DR. daniel fabricant

Daniel Fabricant, Ph.D. is Executive Director and CEO of the Natural Products Association (NPA). He is responsible for implementing board policy for the advancement and protection of the natural products industry, while overseeing all aspects of the association’s programs and activities. Recently, Daniel Fabricant served as the Director of the Division of Dietary Supplement Programs at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). While with the agency, he successfully navigated the large, heavily-matrixed governmental organizational structure to bring life to a regulatory function that was non-existent for almost 20 years. Prior to the FDA, Daniel Fabricant sculpted his interest in natural products in the classroom, earning a Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy since 2009. He has also published extensively and is internationally recognized for his regulatory and governmental public health expertise and natural products research.

Charles Ercole is partner at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP and Chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Mr. Ercole has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® consecutively since 2009 by a vote of his peers. Mr. Ercole represents and advises clients in all aspects of employment litigation including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and non-competition/non-solicitation/trade secret agreements. Mr. Ercole has acted as lead counsel in class actions. He represents employers in their dealings with organized labor, including union avoidance campaigns, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and defending unfair labor practice charges. His clients value his business acumen and negotiating skills. Mr. Ercole is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.



Mahesh Chand is founder of C# Corner. C# Corner, founded in 1999, is a FREE member contributions based open platform for developers to solve problems, learn new technology and hang out. Mahesh has been awarded the prestigious Microsoft MVP Award for 7 consecutive years for his contributions to the developer community. Mahesh is also an author of several programming books. Mahesh authored and published his first book A Programmer’s Guide to ADO.NET in C# with APress at the age of 25. Since then, Mahesh went on to author several more .NET programming books.


Kevin Maguire is currently the Regional Director of Sales for Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care. Kevin attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where he studied Public Administration. After graduating, Kevin worked with Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, where he stayed for almost a decade. Kevin served as the Senior Sales Liaison where he developed new business opportunities in hospitals, long term care facilities and physician offices. During his years with Vitas, Kevin finished in the top 10% of sales in the Unites States from 2002-2006, 2008, 2009. In addition, he assisted with national sales training for new marketers and helped develop sales skill workshops. In July of 2010, Kevin joined Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care as the VP of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region (OH, PA, NJ, ME, NH, MA & CT). He has worked there ever since and currently  oversees fifteen sales members and five programs in PA with over 700+ patients on service daily.  Out of the fifteen sales liaisons, thirteen made the President’s Circle, for top 10% in the country in 2016.
